PAYMENTโœฎ Payments via PayPal. I do not accept any other forms of payment.โœฎ Payment will be split into 50% to secure your place and start the project, with the remaining 50% to be paid before work on the final version begins.โœฎ I will not deliver the finished artwork without the remaining payment; please do not insist.USEโœฎ The artwork may not be used for NFTs or AI generation.โœฎ I reserve all rights to the artwork and may use it for posts and my portfolio with the appropriate commission watermark. Only I, the client (the person placing the order) and those to whom the client grants access will be permitted to view the artwork without the watermark.โœฎ Basic/simple backgrounds will be free of charge, whilst more complex scenes will be priced according to their complexity (from R$10.00).โœฎ Due credit must be given to me when the commission is posted online.โœฎ Commissions are for personal use. Please let me know in advance if the commissioned piece will be used in commercial projects.โœฎ Major changes will not be permitted once the artwork is nearing completion.โœฎ Changes made after the drawing has entered the finishing stage are subject to an additional charge depending on the complexity of the change.PROCESSES AND UPDATESโœฎ The commission may take on average between 1 week and 1 month to complete, depending on the complexity.โœฎ I welcome references, mood boards and descriptions โ€“ the more information you provide about what you want from the artwork, the better! You can also suggest styles, and I may need some time to study and test them as you wish.โœฎ I undertake to let you know if there are any issues that cause a delay or prevent the artwork from being completed.โœฎ If anything prevents completion, there will be a full refund of the amount received if it is between the first and second delivery (for more complex commissions) and a 60% refund of the amount received if it is nearing completion. If there is only a delay, the client may choose to receive the artwork anyway or a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy +15%, less if finalised. (Example: if the refund is 30%, with the delay on my part and the client choosing not to finalise, this increases to a 45% refund).โœฎ I will send the rough sketch when I start working on your drawing and, in the case of more detailed/rendered artwork, a second update when it is in simple colour for approval, so please keep an eye on your DMs/email.CANCELLATION POLICYโœฎ As an artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I feel uncomfortable drawing it, without the need to provide an explanation.โœฎ If the order has not been started = 100% refund.โœฎ If I have started the sketch = 50% refund of the amount paid so far.โœฎ If in the process of being finalized = 40% refund of the amount paid so far.โœฎ If completed = no refunds.

BASIC INFORMATIONโœฎ For Canva designs, payment is split as follows: 50% to secure the booking and 50% upon approval for finalisation.โœฎ For Carrds, 100% payment in advance via PayPal. **Please do not remove my watermark from the website. **โœฎ All clients must have a Carrd account for which the website will be created.โœฎ All websites are also optimised for mobile devices, but I cannot guarantee how they will display on all platforms.โœฎ I reserve the right to use your order in my portfolio, on social media and for the purpose of promoting my work.COMMUNICATIONโœฎ You will be kept informed of the ENTIRE design process; all changes will be communicated during the process and will be subject to your approval.โœฎ PLEASE avoid vague and imprecise language. It is important that you have at least a basic idea of what you are looking for to ensure I can deliver what you want. So have a rough idea of what youโ€™re looking for โ€“ perhaps some references, colours, or something youโ€™d like to inspire me with. Donโ€™t be afraid to describe your vision and send plenty of visual references!โœฎ Iโ€™m open to new designs; in this case, images of layouts are required as references. Please look for options that catch your eye. I also accept sketches, provided they are clear.โœฎ I reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
